Hotel Booking Notice
- Special discounted rates at the following hotels have been secured by Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur (WAKENI). As room availability will be limited during the event period, it is strongly recommended to make reservations before 24 April 2026.
- A confirmation letter will be sent within 5 working days upon receipt of the completed booking form.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date will incur a one-night room charge.
- Guests will be eligible for the special rates listed only when booking through the Organizer by submitting the Hotel Reservation Form to marcomm@foodbeverageindonesia.com
