Based on the regulations of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, all Overseas Exhibition Participants are required to have a valid Business Visa (Index C11) to participate in exhibitions in Indonesia. Indonesian Immigration has the right to inspect and take action in accordance with the provisions in force at any time during the show.

Violations of applicable regulations are the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
To facilitate your visa application process, we are pleased to assist you by providing an invitation letter. Please apply for your visa through the Online Exhibition Manual. Once you have completed your registration, the visa invitation letter will be promptly emailed to you.
